Popular globally on account of its versatility and perky design, the Renault 5 also had a rally variant developed; this R/C model assembly kit depicts the Renault 5 Turbo, developed in 1978. The compact form with bulging fenders is recreated in lightweight and durable polycarbonate, with separately molded front bumper, and a set of stickers included to recreate various elements of the livery, sponsor logos and more. Masking stickers are provided to assist with the paint job.

The rear of the polycarbonate body features the distinctively bulging fenders.
The front bumper is a separately molded component, adding an extra level of realism to your model!
Another separate part is utilized on the engine hood, to recreate the air outlet louver.
Rear fenders which have a 3D recreation of the duct, plus sticker depictions of air intakes.
A polycarbonate skid guard on the front of the model helps it to take on undulations.
8-spoke wheels are of a classic design, and are fitted with rally block tires for an exemplary rally drive. Rally Ready M05Ra Chassis Based on the front wheel drive M-05 chassis, the rally-tuned M-05Ra chassis features a lightweight, narrow, durable, and an easy-assembly semi-monocoque resin frame. The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension is equipped with specially designed hub carriers and front/rear uprights to increase ground clearance by 5mm. Front skid guard, side guards and rally block tires are also included to allow you to enjoy driving on both gravel and tarmac.
A three-piece steering tie-rod gives the car intuitive steering feel to ensure you have great rallying fun.
Dedicated M-05Ra hub carriers and uprights allow switches between two ground clearances.
Rear uprights are also dedicated parts, and they too can be switched to allow two ground clearances.
Front polycarbonate side guards help stop dust and dirt getting into important areas. Specifications
