GREAT RESULT FOR GRANT WILLIAMS, BUY1 AND TEAM WINS AT CASTLE COMBE

A great day's racing at Castle Combe this weekend, and a great result for Grant Williams BUY1 and Team Wins.

The day started pretty well for Grant given a 12 months absence from the track for both driver and car, with a 3rd fastest lap in qualifying, meaning a front row start for the race. Revving out at 6500rpm on the straight during practice, a replacement rear axle for the race would give the Jaguar better ratio for the race. Despite a strong field of very well prepared drivers and cars, Grant's race was neat and fast, and through braking problems and a loss of power during the latter half of the race, BUY1 performed well.

A well deserved class win, and overall 5th place was most appreciated. Great result for the last race of the year. Looking forward to more action next season. Watch this space,
